Dr. Ayden Hamilton

Osteopath & Exercise Scientist

BApp. Sc. (Osteopathy), BHealth Sc.

Dr. Ayden is a registered Osteopath with vast experience in treating athletes and a passion for helping his patients through injury prevention and rehabilitation using Osteopathic Principles and Philosophy.

Dr. Ayden is committed to the importance of consultation in providing early diagnosis and treatment of conditions.

About Dr Ayden

Dr. Ayden Hamilton holds a dual Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) from RMIT. His interest in Osteopathy as a career path began as a young man through observation of his sister’s experience of late diagnosis of bilateral hip dysplasia.

As a keen athlete, Dr Ayden has experienced many sporting injuries of his own and understands the desire to regain peak form. Due to this, he has built his career on supporting athletes through exercise prescription, osteopathic medicine and rehabilitative protocol.

He has previously had experience in the field as a Disability Support worker, so understands the complexities of condition management, both physically and mentally for these individuals.

Dr Ayden provides specific clinical exercise programmes for pre- and post- surgical conditions. He also provides tailored exercise programmes for specific musculoskeletal conditions, including strength and conditioning.

He also treats neck and back pain and headaches as well as treating patients with both acute and chronic conditions.

Outside of Osteopathy, Dr Ayden enjoys staying fit and conditioned at the gym and participating in charity fun runs and half marathons.
