About Michelle

With a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, her journey has been shaped by a profound commitment to understanding the intricacies of human resilience, self-efficacy, and post-traumatic growth. Michelle's research and experience have led me to develop frameworks that support individuals in making meaning of their suffering, transforming challenges into catalysts for profound personal evolution. She believes that true healing is not about returning to who we were but about evolving into who we are meant to become.

In both clinical and coaching settings, Michelle integrates her Existential Well-being Framework, Equation of Transformation Framework, and Equation of Healing Framework to provide a structured yet deeply personal approach to growth. Through her current body of research that explores the impact of Posttraumatic Growth and 1:1 coaching, she create spaces where individuals can engage in meaningful self-inquiry and develop the skills needed for lasting transformation.

Michelle is also the author of Healing Horizons: Real Stories of Growth and Transformation for Real People, a book that shares powerful narratives of resilience and change, demonstrating the infinite potential that lies within each of us.
